To receive your order before Christmas, please note the following deadlines and shipping types:

Small Parcel (In-Stock Accessories and Smaller Lighting Pieces)

• Standard Shipping — Place order on or before Dec. 14th
• 2-Day Shipping — Place order on Dec. 15th
• After Dec. 15 — May not arrive by Christmas.

Large Bulky Items (In-Stock Furniture and Large Lighting)

Orders Placed on or before Dec. 11th can arrive by Christmas

Please note any back-order dates, pre-order dates, and lead times when placing your orders. Dates above are not valid on back-ordered or made-to-order products.

During the holidays, items shipped by Audo Copenhagen between November 15th and December 25th can be returned until January 20th, 2024.

All items returned must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and must have all tags, including original packaging materials.

Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed no later than 10 working days. You will receive an email and the funds will be refunded to you in the same way as payment was made.

Because of their unique or oversized/bulky/to-order nature, we do not accept returns of some products.

Christmas: Dec. 24-25

New Year & Inventory Count: Dec. 18 - Jan. 6th

Orders placed after December 18th will not ship until January 6th or later.
