In addition to these core design criteria, Audo has established nine Responsibility Criteria in collaboration with experts and suppliers to guide product development practices with respect for the environment and for one another.
These criteria serve as a set of goals for Audo to meet at all stages of design and manufacturing.

Ethics and Business Conduct
Audo is one of the Brands of the group controlled by Flos B&B Italia Group (the “Group”). Our Group places ethics and integrity at the heart of our business conduct.
Our Group attaches great importance to ensuring that its brands and their partners and employees share a set of common rules, practices and principles with respect to ethics, social responsibility and protection of the environment. Audo has adopted an IT platform managed by a specialized third party that guarantees professionalism, discretion, and compliance with local laws that protect the privacy of the Whistleblower, of the Reported Person, of any third parties/witnesses mentioned and of the events described in the Whistleblowing Policy.
