Refund Policy


Standard items can be returned within 30 days for refund. Because of their unique or oversized/bulky/to-order nature, we do not accept returns of some products (see below for a list). Merchandise must be returned in its original, new and unused condition. Unless a product is damaged by fault of the seller or carrier, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must provide their own return label. Shipping charges on your original order are not refundable. Contact us at before shipping any returns, as you will need an RMA number.  If a product is found in our special offers or limited edition collections, it may be being closed out and therefore it is subject to being final sale meaning it cannot be returned. 


Holiday Return Policy

During the holidays, items shipped by Audo Copenhagen between November 15th and December 20th can be returned until January 20th, 2024. All items returned must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and must have all tags, including original packaging materials. Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed no later than 10 working days. You will receive an email and the funds will be refunded to you in the same way as payment was made.

Because of their unique or oversized/bulky/to-order nature, we do not accept returns of some products.

To-Order Products

Some of our items are considered "to-order" items. This generally includes large furniture (such as our Sofas or Dining Tables) and custom-built products (such as Stick Systems or Custom Upholstery furniture). Due to the construction time and unique characteristics of these items, they are not returnable once an order for them is considered final.

Orders that contain "to-order" items are not processed for a minimum "waiting" period of 48 hours, during which you can cancel the order at any time. During this time, your provided payment method will not be charged. After the 48-hour "waiting" period, you order is considered final. At this point we will charge your provided payment method and begin processing and fulfilling your order. After this point you may not cancel the order, and any "to-order" item in your order is not returnable. Any regular items that are part of an order containing "to-order" items fall under our regular returns policy.

Our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, which guarantees against manufacturing defects. This warranty is voided by modifying a product (i.e. re-wiring lighting) or using a product in an unintended manner (i.e. putting an indoor product outdoors). If a product is discontinued before the 2 year warranty is over, it may not be replaceable.
