Imagined by Atelier Axo for Audo, the Puffin Dining Table was first designed for Copenhagen’s Bobe restaurant in 2023, shaped through a conversation about atmosphere as much as form – and around the experience of gathering.
The round form creates a natural sense of closeness, while the solid wood base gives the table warmth and stability. Available with either an oiled solid wood or lacquered veneer tabletop in two sizes, Puffin brings a grounded presence to everyday settings.

Materials
The base is crafted from solid oak, while the tabletop is available in either solid oak or oak veneer. The wood is carefully dried and processed to achieve a high-quality finish, highlighting its natural character and ensuring lasting stability.

Displaying the same colour and distinctive grain patterns as its solid counterpart, the varnished finish enhances these natural characteristics, bringing out the depth and beauty of the wood and providing a beautiful sheen.

Atelier Axo is a Copenhagen-based design studio working across furniture, interiors and objects with a focus on atmosphere, material presence and long-term use.
