Japanese Washi Papermakers
A field trip to traditional Japanese Washi papermakers inspired Norm Architects to create the Hashira Collection. A fusion of East and West and of tradition and modernity, the collection of floor, table, wall, pendant, ceiling and portable lamps in raw linen profiles a perfect balance of aesthetics and proportion, simplicity and character in cylindrical forms and.
Ambient Lighting
Bringing a warm glow and subtle tactility to spaces thanks to its considered combination of wood and linen, the Hashira Collection is equally suited to private homes as it is to restaurants, hotels and office spaces.
Introducing the hashira ceiling lamp and linear pendant
Sitting flush against a ceiling, the Hashira Ceiling Lamp reduces the characteristic elements of the lighting collection to their purest forms, creating a design that is as subtle as it is sophisticated.
Designed to bring serenity and sophistication to a space, ideal over a dining table or desk, the Hashira Linear Pendant Lamp redefines the popular lighting collection with its horizontal form, delivering ambient lighting in a minimalist aesthetic.
